Karen Williams owns and runs a privately owned domiciliary care company which was established in 2006. Karen is a Company Director and is a trained care professional who is committed to provide domiciliary care of a high standard to meet the needs of people in Westbury, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. Our Registered Manager is Kelly McCreadie. Forget Me Not Care Limited aims to deliver an excellent standard of quality care to people in their own homes. We aim to promote independence and maintain privacy and dignity at all times by meeting legal requirements and following our policies and procedures as set out by law and our companies values and beliefs.
 
All of our staff are screened by the Disclosure and Barring Service and have received mandatory training to meet the requirements of both the service users and the Care Quality Commission.

We can offer various care packages of person centred care to suit service users individual requirements including personal care, respite care, palliative care, shopping, domestic duties and companionship for holidays etc. The care we provide is based on a thorough assessment of needs to provide a person centred care package.
