Our Mission Statement Our team of dedicated, experienced and highly qualified managers and domiciliary care workers aim to provide individual holistic care whilst working at NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and Diploma Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Health and Social Care, with completed care Certificated Induction, ensuring privacy and dignity is maintained at the highest level to meet the needs of our customers, supporting them to remain in their own environment.
The Aims and Objectives of the Company The aims and objectives of Forget Me Not Care Limited are:- • To provide the service over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 52 weeks of the year by staff who are trained to a very high standard. • To maintain non discriminatory practice and promote equality. • To provide a high standard of individual, holistic care which changes with service user needs. • To ensure privacy and dignity is maintained at all times. • To maintain and promote independence at all times. • To ensure confidentiality is maintained throughout. • All policies and procedures will be in place as set down by the regulating bodies and are available to staff and service users.
